<p>Surgical rehabilitation system using a set of biocompatible implantable metallic devices which are innovative, optimized components, comprising screws (1) with heads (1b) of envelope type, the circular central recess (1j) of each screw (1) corresponding with the conical frustum of a tool (7) during the rehabilitation system, said circular central recess topped by cross-slots (1k) for the lateral guides of said tool (7); the double plate (2) which can receive 1.5 and 2.0 and 2.4 (mm) screws; a palatal and mandibular surgical expander (3) fixed by means of 1.5, 2.0 and 2.4 screws with multiangular seat radius and rotation of 180 degrees of the platforms; a plate (4) for reconstruction of lateral right and left, latero-central and centro-bilateral "blow-in"-type fronto-orbital fractures, for 1.5 and 2.0 and 2.4 screws; a rectangular cranial and thorax face and orthopaedics web (5), for 1.5, 2.0 and 2.4 screws; dental (6) and cranio-maxilo-facial implants may or may not have an internal chamber and triple cut, with internal and external, and conical and hybrid osteointegratable, hexagons of diameters 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 and lengths of 6, 7, 8.5, 10, 11.5, 13 and 15 mm; bone-grinder assembly (8) that septuplicates bone volume.</p> |
