PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device for power supply being connected with an AC power supply via an input circuit having a capacitor, and including a function for discharging the charges stored in the capacitor reliably when power supply to the AC power supply is stopped.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device for power supply includes a first discharge circuit which operates by receiving an internal power supply voltage, and discharges the charges stored in a capacitor via a first switching element being driven on when an input voltage given via an input circuit having the capacitor is below a set voltage, and a second discharge circuit having a second switching element being driven off when receiving the internal power supply voltage, and driven on by receiving the input voltage when supply of the internal power supply voltage is stopped, and discharges the charges stored in the capacitor via the second switching element. |
