PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate flattening material applied to the surface of a glass substrate and capable of flattening the surface of the glass substrate, a flattened glass substrate flattened by the material, and a method for producing a flattened glass substrate using the material.SOLUTION: The glass substrate flattening material comprises: a cyclic olefin resin; an organic hydroxide; and a hydrocarbon solvent. Further, the method for producing a flattened glass substrate comprises: a step of applying the glass substrate flattening material to the surface of a glass substrate and forming an applied film. |
