摘要 The present disclosure relates to a time control device, a time control method, and a program that can synchronize time information with a master device in a network with high precision.;The time control device of the present disclosure includes: a calculating unit that calculates a time difference from the master device and a network delay based on the transmission times and the reception times of messages exchanged with the master device, the network delay indicating the period of time required for communicating the messages via the network; a PID processing unit that generates a feedback control value f1 based on the calculated time difference, the feedback control value f1 being used for performing feedback control on time information about the slave device; a f0 generating unit that generates a feedback control value f0 based on the generated feedback control value f1; and an adjusting unit that adjusts the time information about the slave device in accordance with the feedback control value f1 or the feedback control value f0, whichever is selected based on the calculated network delay. The present disclosure can be applied to a PTP slave, for example.
