When mounting, on a substrate (3), a connector component (14) to be fitted to a component mounting region of the substrate (3), a suction nozzle (37A) of a unit holding head (9A) is used to transfer the connector component (14) from a component supply unit to the substrate (3), and a pressing tool (37B) fitted to a unit holding head (9A) separate from the aforementioned unit holding head (9A) is used to fit the connector component (14). As a result, pressing force during press-down operations can be continuously and suitably maintained, and component transfer operations and press-down operations can be stably performed. |
