<p>The invention relates to a modular construction assembly for producing walls comprising: - two longitudinal panels (10, 20, 30, 40), each longitudinal panel comprising two substantially identical female engaging members, said two female engaging members extending along all or part of the length, one female engaging member being provided on a flank, the other female engaging member being provided on a first face, - a longitudinal furring (50) formed by two substantially identical opposing male engaging members (51, 52), one male engaging member (51) being intended to be received in a female engaging member of one longitudinal panel and the other male engaging member (52) being intended to be received in a female engaging member of the other longitudinal panel.
