Disclosed is a fuel cell system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel cell system to be installed on a ship comprises a fuel cell stack for converting the chemical reaction energy of a fuel into electrical energy; and an air supplier for supplying air to the fuel cell stack. The air supplier comprises an air intake device to allow external air to flow into an engine room where the engine of a ship is located; a duct functioning as a passage through which air is discharged to the outside of the ship after flowing in and circulating the engine room; a main supply line for supplying air flowing in the duct to the fuel cell stack; and an emergency supply line to connect one side of the main supply line to the outside of the ship to supply external air to the fuel cell stack. |
