The present invention relates to a bio-implant composition containing micro-cartilage and cell-free dermal tissue and, more specifically, to a bio-implant composition including cartilage of a micro polyhedron structure and fragments of cell-free dermal tissue and to a method for producing the composition. A bio-implant composition containing cartilage of a micro polyhedron structure and cell-free dermal tissue according to the present invention can be utilized for recovering or molding damaged cartilage because the bio-implant composition can resolve deterioration of cell growth and proliferation caused by air bubbles generated in the case of using the micro-cartilage exclusively.
