The present invention relates to an apparatus for sterilizing and purifying manure and wastewater. The apparatus includes: a sterilization tank; a sterilization and purification tank; a nitrogen tank in which nitrogen is stored; a water purifying tank which collects moisture and includes an opening through which settled sludge can be eliminated; a divided tank including a fourth outlet that discharges moisture from which gas is removed; a phosphorus decomposition water separation device which separates harmful substances of the gas; and a first degassing device and a second degassing device which degas, decompose, and eliminate harmful gas remained in the gas. The sterilization tank includes: a tank; a first door which maintains the inside of the tank to be vacuum; a first float switch; a first moisture sensor which checks remaining moisture of sludge; and a nitrogen injection hole. The sterilization and purification tank includes: a body including a second door; a second float switch; a ventilation valve which makes the manure and the wastewater flow in a second inlet and discharges gas when the second float switch determines that a level of the manure and wastewater is lowered; a second moisture sensor which checks remaining moisture of the sludge; and a hot water pipe.
