Disclose is a drum brake. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drum brake comprises: a back plate connected to a car body; a drum arranged facing the back plate and rotated together with a wheel; an arc-shape rim with a lining on the outer peripheral surface to generate a brake force by friction with the inner peripheral surface of the drum; a pair of brake shoes with web which supports the inner peripheral surface of the rim; and a drum brake including a shoe installation unit which installs the brake shoe on the back plate to move. The shoe installation unit comprises: a shoe hold-down pin whereby one end sequentially passes through an installation hole of the back plate and through-hole of the brake shoe, and the other end is supported by being hung on the back plate; a shoe hold-down spring arranged on the web to make the shoe hold-down pin pass through the inner portion; and a shoe hold-down washer connected to one end of the shoe hold-down pin, which prevents separation by pressing the shoe hold-down spring, wherein the shoe hold-down pin cannot be rotated because the shoe hold-down pin is fixated on the back plate via a unit to prevent rotation. |
