A touch sensor panel according to the present invention comprises a plurality of first electrodes which is extended in a first axial direction and is spaced from each other at a first pitch; a plurality of second electrodes extended in a second axial direction intersecting the first axial direction and is spaced from each other at a second pitch; an insulating layer which is disposed between the first electrodes and the second electrodes; and a plurality of auxiliary electrodes which is formed on the same side as the second electrodes with regard to the insulating layer and is spaced from each other in the second axial direction. The touch sensor panel detects change in mutual capacitance between the first electrodes and the second electrodes. |
