The present invention relates to a color changeable film with excellent bending resistance and adhesion and, more specifically to a color changeable film which comprises a base material layer; a hot melt film layer formed on the upper surface of the base material layer; a film layer formed on the upper surface of the hot melt film layer and composed of a radiant light film with multiple holes; and a transparent film formed on the upper surface of the film layer. The color changeable film manufactured by the process has excellent bending resistance, expresses luxurious colors by applying the radiant light film with multiple holes, and increases the adhesion of each layer without using a primer to prevent peeling.
