The device has lock cylinder (1) with a control circuit (2) associated with security key (3). The information signals are interchangeable between control circuit and memory circuit (4) of security key over communication channel (18). The cylinder has contact element (7) which is connected to control circuit. The contact elements (5,7) are electrically made to contact with each other when key is inserted. The contact element (5) which is in electrical communication with both legs (8,9) integrated in security key is equipped with units for providing radio connection between legs. An independent claim is included for mechatronic closing system.
