PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white curable resin composition which has high reflectance and in which temporal decrease of the reflectance and coloration due to the deterioration are suppressed and, when used for a print circuit board on which a light emitting device such as an LED is mounted or for a reflector for a light-emitting device, light from an LED and the like can be utilized efficiently.SOLUTION: Provided is a white curable resin composition for a print circuit board on which a light-emitting device is mounted, comprising (A) rutile-type titanium dioxide produced by a chlorine method and (B-3) a carboxyl group-containing photocurable resin.
