The present invention relates to Brassica napus species-specific marker and primer, and uses thereof, and more specifically to a marker to identify Brassica napus L. strain Mokpo68 line, a PCR primer set for identification, and uses thereof. The present invention provides a marker and a primer set to identify Brassica napus L. strain Mokpo68 line, and an identification method and an identification kit using the primer set, thereby being effective in identifying Brassica napus L. strain Mokpo68 line.
