Provided is a method of automatically assembling an aluminum door frame, the method including: installing a leftward/rightward horizontal rail (10) configured to move an aluminum door frame (110) toward a center of an apparatus and a forward/rearward horizontal rail (20) crossing under the leftward/rightward horizontal rail (10) and vertically overlapping the leftward/rightward horizontal rail (10) at the center of the apparatus; and attaching four clipping apparatuses (101 to 104) installed at the forward/rearward horizontal rail (20) to four corners of a rectangular aluminum door frame (110) moved to the center of the apparatus along the leftward/rightward horizontal rail (10) to clip side surfaces of the four corners to couple a right angle fixing metal tool to four partial frames of the rectangular aluminum door frame (110). A pneumatic or hydraulic control apparatus (60) controls horizontal rail driving cylinders (15, 16) configured to raise and lower the leftward/rightward horizontal rail (10) to raise the leftward/rightward horizontal rail (10) to move the aluminum door frame (110) to a central position, and controls the four clipping apparatuses (101 to 104) to simultaneously clip and couple the side surfaces of the four corners of the aluminum door frame (110), reducing a manufacturing time and manufacturing cost and improving productivity and economic feasibility. |
