PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which may stabilize ground potential.SOLUTION: The invention includes: a metal block 12 having ground potential; a carrier 14 provided on the metal block 12; a ground pattern 18 provided on the carrier 14 and connected with the metal block 12 through via wiring 15 which penetrates through the carrier 14; a PD 20 which is stored in a housing 10, the PD 20 where a cathode is connected with a power source and an anode is connected with the ground pattern 18; and a capacitor C1 where one end is connected with a point between the cathode of the PD 20 and the power source and the other end is connected with the ground pattern 18. |
