PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device for a work vehicle that can efficiently charge a battery for travelling and a battery of a loading portion by mutual supply of power between the battery for travelling and the batter of the loading portion during travelling and working.SOLUTION: The charging device for a work vehicle comprises a charge control device 81 that controls power feeding by selecting any one of: a first power feeding mode of supplying power from a battery 64 for travelling to a battery 31 of a loading portion on the basis of an operating state of a hybrid system 60 and a high-place work device (a boom or the like) and a charging state of the battery 64 for travelling and the battery 31 of the loading portion; a second power feeding mode of supplying power from the battery 31 of the loading portion to the battery 64 for travelling; and a power feeding stop mode of stopping supply/reception of power between the battery 64 for travelling and the battery 31 of the loading portion.
