PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultured cell sheet allowing a character to be expressed as a chondroid tissue.SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by culturing cells in high density on a cell culture support in which the surface of a substrate is coated with a temperature responsive polymer having an upper or lower critical dissolution temperature in water ranging from 0 to 80°C and producing the cultured cell sheet by (1) setting a culture medium temperature to not lower than the upper critical dissolution temperature or not higher than the lower critical dissolution temperature, (2) bringing the resulting cultured cell sheet into contact with a carrier, and (3) detaching the sheet as such with the carrier.
