PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit for preventing fogging of an endoscope achieving both of thermal conductivity and insulation quality, and an endoscope including the heater unit.SOLUTION: In this invention, a heater unit 140 located on the interior of a distal end of an insertion part of an endoscope comprises: a heater 110 for heating the interior of the distal end to prevent fogging on an optical component located on the interior of the distal end; a temperature sensor 120 to measure the temperature of the interior of the distal end; and a flexible substrate 133. The heater unit 140 also has an insulating sealing part 135 that seals the entire temperature sensor 120, in addition to sealing the heater 110 such that a heater mounting surface 110a mounted to the flexible substrate 133 is sealed and a heater joining surface 110b on the reverse from the mounting surface 110a and joined to a lens frame 40 is exposed. |
