a shock wave applicator housing; a plurality of reflectors disposed in the shock wave applicator housing; a shock wave generator discharge point disposed in each reflector of the plurality of reflectors; and a cavity in the shock wave applicator housing, the cavity including an aperture covered by an aperture membrane; wherein each reflector of the plurality of reflectors includes an opening into the cavity.
