The system controller (2) references the bathing trend data, calculates amount of time the bathtub is unoccupied until the next bath occurs, causes the reservoir-type hot-water supply device (4) to perform a temperature maintenance operation corresponding to a normal temperature maintenance mode when the calculated amount of time the bathtub is unoccupied is equal to or less than a predetermined guaranteed temperature maintenance time, and causes the reservoir-type hot-water supply device (4) to perform a temperature maintenance operation corresponding to an energy-conserving temperature maintenance mode for which the load is lower than in the normal temperature maintenance mode when the amount of time the bathtub is unoccupied exceeds the guaranteed temperature maintenance time.
