<p>Provided are an input/output device, an input/output program, and an input/output method, with which a sense of distance from a position of observing eyes can be added to a stereoscopic image, i.e. a virtual image, via an object, i.e. a real image, and with which the stereoscopic image and the object are made to be observed as though a relationship existed therebetween. This input/output device includes: a display device which is capable of generating a stereoscopic image; a depth sensor for measuring the distance to an object; and an event generation unit which, in accordance with an appearance of the object, causes an event to be generated in a stereoscopic area of the stereoscopic image generated by the display device, and/or in a depth detection area of the depth sensor.</p> |
