The first wiring (304c) and the third wiring (304d) are provided in the same layer as a gate electrode (304e) of the transistor (131_1). The second wiring (310d) and the fourth wiring (310e) are provided in the same layer as a source electrode and a drain electrode (310f and 310g) of the transistor (131_1). A distance between the third wiring (304d) and the fourth wiring (310e) in the second region is larger than a distance between the first wiring (304c) and the second wiring (310d) in the first region.
