STOCHASTIC PROJECT FINANCING ANALYSIS SYSTEM(SPFA) FOR CONSTRUCTION

Existing systems have a deterministic threshold whereby only one-time calculation results are received as an exact solution. Therefore, the present invention is different from existing inventions in that conversion and extension into a stochastic/statistical simulation model are performed and this is realized into an automation system to be presented in order to overcome such a threshold. A main concept of an algorithm proposed by the present invention is a stochastic/statistical cash flow analysis model for extremely simplifying simulation operation by employing methodology which automatically estimates the best fit probability distribution function (PDF) of random variables (that is, an activity period or costs). This is designed and developed into an automation system named a stochastic project financing analysis system for construction (SPFA), thereby verifying effectiveness thereof.
