The present invention relates to a stretching coaching system and method for preventing musculoskeletal disorders and, more specifically, to a stretching coaching system and method for preventing musculoskeletal disorders including: a camera which photographs a stretching motion performed by a user; a display which visually displays information about stretching positions and motion methods required of the user and information about stretching motions performed by the user; and a controller which is connected to the camera and the display to output information about the stretching positions and motion methods on the display, which receives data outputted from the camera and displays stretching motion information on the display, and which compares and analyzes the stretching motion information and information about the stretching positions and motion methods. The stretching coaching system and method enable the user to stretch according to the stretching positions and motion methods displayed on the display, and can directly display, on the display, information about stretching motions performed by the user to enable the user to easily check an accurate stretching position, holding time, and method, thereby maximizing the effects of stretching. |
