A process for effectively generating safe induced pluripotent stem cells from somatic cells, comprising the 5 step of introducing the following three genes: Oct family gene, Klf family gene, and Sox family gene into somatic cells, or the step of introducing a combination of the following two genes: Oct family gene and Sox family gene or a combination of the following two genes: Oct family gene 10 and Klf family gene, and at least one kind of genes selected from the following three genes: L-Myc, Salll, and Sall4 into somatic cells. |
