PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having good moldability which has proper biodegradability and excellent tear strength or impact strength when molded into a film.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester resin composition which comprises: an aliphatic-aromatic polyester (A) having a structural unit derived from succinic acid, a structural unit derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a structural unit derived from an aliphatic diol; and an aliphatic polyester (B) having a structural unit derived from adipic acid and a structural unit derived from an aliphatic diol.
