PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device, a lamp and a lighting equipment, which are equipped with a reflector for controlling the radiation light of a luminous element in a predetermined direction thereby to improve the look or appearance at an outgoing part.SOLUTION: A lamp 1 comprises: a device body 2 having an irradiation opening 8 on one end side 2a and a mouthpiece 14 on the other end side 2b; a luminous element 3 disposed in the device body 2 so that the radiation light of a semiconductor light-emitting element 16 may emanate from the irradiation opening 8; a lighting device 4 housed on the other end side 2b of the device body 2 for lighting the semiconductor light-emitting element 16; a cylindrical reflector 5 for reflecting the radiation light of the semiconductor light-emitting element 16, to emanate the same from an outgoing mouth 26 to the side of the irradiation opening 8; a transparent cover 6 so attached to the one end side 2a of the device body 2 as to close the irradiation opening 8; and a filter 7 interposed between the reflector 5 and the cover 6 and contaminated with a color rendering agent into a tabular shape having light transmissivity, and including a plane part 32 facing the outgoing mouth 26, and an uneven part 33 in a region on the outer circumference side of the plane part 32.
