PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of enhancing accuracy in image correction while preventing a circuit size from increasing. ! SOLUTION: A display device includes: first correction means for correcting gradation of each frame image of video signal on the basis of a display characteristic of a display element; storage means for storing at least one frame of an image in a given zone of the frame image corrected by the first correction means; second correction means for correcting a gradation value of the given frame by the unit of pixel on the basis of a difference, in the given zone, between a given frame of the frame image corrected by the first correction means and a frame before the given frame stored in the storage means; and addition means for adding, to a zone other than the given zone of an image of the given frame corrected by the second correction means, an image of a given level gradation value based on the display characteristic of the display element. !
