1. A method of forming a fluorescent particle composition, the method comprising:
contacting a plurality of particle linkers with a plurality of fluorescent particles such that the particle linkers bind with the particles to form reactive particles, the particle linkers each having a particle binding group that binds with the particle and a reactive group; and blending in a solvent the reactive particles with a crosslinking agent having a plurality of crosslinking reactive groups such that the crosslinking agent crosslinks two or more particles together so as to form a fluorescent paste. |
