This air conditioning device is equipped with: a compressor (10) for compressing and discharging a coolant; a heat-source-side heat exchanger (12) for performing a heat exchange with the coolant; a supercooling heat exchanger (13) which has a first channel and a second channel, performs a heat exchange with the coolant flowing through each channel, and supercools the coolant flowing through the first channel; an aperture device (16) for reducing the pressure of the coolant; a use-side heat exchanger (17) for performing a heat exchange with the coolant; a first bypass tube (4a) which forms a coolant circuit for circulating the coolant by connecting, via a tube, an accumulator (15) for storing excess coolant and connected to the intake side of the compressor (10), and connects the second channel of the supercooling heat exchanger (13) and the tube on the coolant-intake side of the accumulator (15); an aperture device (14a) for adjusting the flow of the coolant flowing through the first bypass tube (4a); a second bypass tube (4b) for connecting the tube between the heat-source-side heat exchanger (12) and the use-side heat exchanger (17) with the tube between the coolant-discharge side of the accumulator (15) and the intake side of the compressor (10); and an aperture device (14b) for adjusting the flow of the coolant flowing through the second bypass tube (4b).
