The machine has a base foundation (1) provided with lateral plates (2, 3) for inserting receptacles (8, 9) into a U-shaped stationary arranged change foundation i.e. perspiration foundation, through a knockout spindle for alternatively fastening on a ship deck. The receptacles form a part of a rotary joint. The base foundation is arranged in the change foundation in mounted state by the ship deck. The base foundation comprises a screwing foundation (4). The change foundation is connected with the ship deck by welding.
