The present invention relates to an electronic clutch disc and a manufacturing method thereof. An embodiment of the disc according to the present invention includes: an inner disc which has a through-opening; an outer disc on which the inner peripheral surface is placed to be adjacent to the outer peripheral surface of the inner disc; and multiple bridges connecting the inner disc and the outer disc. A first cutting plane and a second cutting plate are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the outer disc.
