Provided in the present invention is a modified campylobacter detection method using a syringe filter. A sample is a chicken and the campylobacter is campylobacter coli. Campylobacter detection using 0.45 micrometer of a syringe filter shows similar sensitivity or excellent sensitivity in some strains compared with a membrane filter while reducing time and possibility of contamination.
