The present invention relates to a webbing tape which can be used for various purposes by using a chameleon film which shows different colors depending on viewing angles and, more particularly, to a chameleon type webbing tape capable of providing a sparkling effect to a chameleon film including a flexible band-shaped base material; a chameleon film that is narrower in width than the base material, has an adhesive layer formed on a lower surface, and is put onto an upper surface of the base material to be coupled with the base material by heat and pressure; and a thermal bonding type protective film that is equal in width to the base material, covers the entire upper surface of the base material including the chameleon film, and is bonded to the base material and the chameleon film by heat and pressure to provide the sparkling effect to the chameleon film; to and a manufacturing method; and to a manufacturing apparatus for same.
