PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which prevents deterioration in a display quality, and can achieve high luminance and reduction in thickness.SOLUTION: An optical film includes: a translucent base film 2 having first and second main surfaces which are opposed to each other; a first optical element layer which is arranged on the first main surface, and has a plurality of hologram optical elements 4 adjacent to each other and drawn to one direction; and a second optical element layer which is irregularly arranged on the second main surface without any clearance and has a plurality of concave and convex elements 6. A product Ra×Sm of an arithmetic mean roughness Ra (μm) on the surface of the second optical element layer, and an average interval Sm (μm) of the plurality of concave and convex elements is in a range between 0.3 μmor more and 5 μmor less. |
