PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system which can prevent duplicate distribution of emergency information.SOLUTION: A distribution system (1) includes a first distribution server (2a) for extracting first identification information corresponding to the distribution area of a report from identification information of a first group, creating a first report including the first identification information and distribution information and transmitting the first report to a base station, a second distribution server (2b) for extracting second identification information corresponding to the distribution area of a report from identification information of a second group, creating a second report including the second identification information and distribution information and transmitting the second report to a base station, and a base station (5c) for broadcasting the distribution information in a received report to a plurality of terminals located in a cell under control, if the identification information in a received report matches the identification information stored in a third storage unit, when the first and second reports are received. |
