摘要 A distribution analyzing device (20) comprises: an acquiring unit (21) that acquires, via a sensor sensing region, field measurement data that was independently measured for each rotational angle and coordinate position of the sensor sensing region; and a calculating unit (22) that calculates, from the field measurement data, field distribution using a formula obtained by deriving a target harmonic function using the condition that the composition product of the target harmonic function indicating the field distribution and a shape function indicating a shape of a cross section of bounded sensor sensing region (34) with respect to a plane parallel to the measuring face is equal to a provisional harmonic function derived by solving a Laplace equation using the size of the sensor sensing region in a direction vertical to the measuring face and the field measurement data.
