[Problem] To provide a variable capacity exhaust turbine with which deformation and damage to a nozzle support at high temperatures can be prevented. [Solution] A variable capacity exhaust turbine (1) equipped with: a nozzle mount (2); a nozzle support (6) one end (6a) of which is linked to one surface (2a) of the nozzle mount (2); a nozzle plate (4) which is linked to the other end (6b) of the nozzle support (6) and supported at a distance from and opposing the nozzle mount (2), and the other surface (4b) of which is on the opposite side from the surface (4a) opposing the nozzle mount (2), and is arranged facing an exhaust gas passage (20) in which exhaust gas flows; and multiple nozzle vanes (8) rotatably supported between the nozzle mount (2) and the nozzle plate (4). The nozzle support (6) is configured so as to be capable of inclining along the radial direction so as to absorb relative displacement in the radial direction between the nozzle mount (2) and the nozzle plate (4) due to thermal expansion.
