Provided are a pixel unit drive circuit and drive method, a pixel unit and a display device. The pixel unit drive circuit is used for driving a light-emitting device to emit light, and comprises a first thin-film transistor (T1), a second thin-film transistor (T2), a third thin-film transistor (T3) and a storage capacitor (Cs). The gate electrode of the first thin-film transistor (T1) is connected to a scanning line (Gate), a first electrode is connected to a data line (Data), and a second electrode is connected to a first node (A). One gate electrode of the second thin-film transistor (T2) is connected to the scanning line (Gate), the other gate electrode is connected to a second control line (Scan2), a first electrode is connected to the storage capacitor(Cs), and a second electrode is connected to a second node(B). One gate electrode of the third thin-film transistor (T3) is connected to the first node (A), the other gate electrode is connected to the second control line (Scan2), a first electrode is connected to a power source (Vdd), and a second electrode is connected to the second node (B). One end of the storage capacitor (Cs) is connected to the first node (A), and the other end thereof is connected to the first electrode of the second thin-film transistor (T2). One end of the light-emitting device is connected to the second node (B), and the other end thereof is connected to the ground. The pixel unit drive circuit can reduce the influence of change in threshold voltage on the drive voltage.
