摘要 <p>It is an object of the present invention to provide a transparent electrode capable of sufficiently withstanding a test for the storage attributes of an organic electronic device in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. This transparent electrode (10) includes a transparent resin substrate (2), a porous layer (4), a fine metal wire pattern (6), and a transparent conductive protection layer (8) that contains at least a conductive polymer and a binder. The porous layer (4) and the fine metal wire pattern (6) are formed on the transparent resin substrate (2). The transparent conductive protection layer (8) is formed on the porous layer (4) and the fine metal wire pattern (6). The porous layer (4) and the transparent conductive protection layer (8) contain titanium oxide fine particles.</p>
