<p>Disclosed are a self-optimizing system and method, and a computer storage medium. The system comprises: a standard service model cluster, configured to perform cluster and classification processing on user call data, and generate at least one standard service model; and transmitting information about the standard service model to an optimization solution editor and a user service model classifier; the optimization solution editor, configured to set an optimization solution corresponding to each standard service model, and generate a matched mapping table of the standard service model and the optimization solution; the user service model classifier, configured to perform classification processing on the user call data to be optimized with reference to the standard service model, and determine a candidate service model of the user call data to be optimized; and transmitting information about the candidate service model to an optimization solution executor; and the optimization solution executor, configured to look up the matched mapping table according to the information about the candidate service model, so as to determine and execute a corresponding optimization solution.</p> |
