The method involves performing sterile processing of blood plasma and fibrin after blood sample collection from a patient without using anticoagulant additives. Components of blood are separated at a certain rotation speed in a sterile container, which is identical to a blood sampling container without blood coagulation and without utilizing the additives. The separated components together with a portion to be discarded are removed from the container. A filter is provided to filter erythrocyte components after the removal of the separated components.
