The actuator (1) has a first position element (2) which is rotatably arranged around a rotational axis (3). A sleeve (4) is connected to first position element and second position element (5), such that a linear movement of the sleeve forces a rotation of the first position element along the rotational axis. The sleeve is provided with several guide sections (6) which are slidingly arranged in the spiral grooves (7) of the first position element. A gearing arranged between the sleeve and second position element is executed as a spur gearing.
