The present invention relates to a fume collector for fire detection. The fume collector which comprises an inlet (7) inhaling air; a cartridge filter (8) for purifying the air; a fan (4) for discharging the purified air; a fan motor (5) for operating the fan; and an outlet (1) for discharging the purified air, and has a supplied air temperature-measuring part (100) measuring the temperature of the air being supplied, by a temperature sensor at one side of the inlet (7) and transmitting the measured temperature value; a discharged air temperature measuring part (200) measuring the temperature of the air being discharged through a cartridge filter (8) and transmitting the measured temperature value; and a controller (300) calculating the temperature value transmitted from the discharged air temperature-measuring part based on the temperature value from the supplied air temperature-measuring part and stopping the operation of the fume collector if the calculated value is higher than an allowable temperature. |
