<p>The invention refers to a method for manufacturing a hybrid component (11) comprising the steps of a) manufacturing a preform (2) as a first part of the hybrid component (11), then b) successively building up on that preform (2) a second part of the component (11) from a metallic powder material (12) by means of an additive manufacturing process by scanning with an energy beam (14), thereby c) establishing a controlled grain orientation in primary and in secondary direction of at least a part of the second part of the component (11), d) wherein the controlled secondary grain orientation is realized by applying a specific scanning pattern of the energy beam (14), which is aligned to the cross section profile of said component (11) or to the local load conditions for said component (11).</p> |
