PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion type exploration system for obtaining electrical characteristics of a subsurface, capable of flexibly coping with an exploratory object, geographical conditions of an exploration area, and the like, thus allowing the electrical characteristics of the subsurface to be obtained in a shorter period and efficiently than before, and a dispersion type exploration method using the dispersion type exploration system.SOLUTION: A plurality of exploration units (1, 2, 3, ...(N-1), N), each of which is provided with one or more electric conduction points TX, electric conduction means electrically conducting from them into a ground, and/or one or more measurement points RX, and measurement means for measuring a response signal by the electric conduction for each measurement point RX, are dispersed and arranged in an area where electrical characteristics of subsurface are to be obtained. In each exploration unit, synchronization control means is arranged which synchronizes operations of the mutual electric conduction means and measurement mean to perform electric conduction of a current of a waveform encoded so that a covariance becomes zero from the plurality of electric conduction points TX and makes the measurement means measure the response signal by the electric conduction. |
