PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a parameter of high accuracy while considering vibration of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In an onboard device, a parameter outputting section performs parameter outputting processing in which an installation parameter concerning installation of a camera is outputted on the basis of a photographed image obtained with the camera equipped with a vehicle (Step S13). A vibration determination section determines presence/absence of vibration of the vehicle when performing the parameter outputting processing (Step S14). A storage section stores the installation parameter outputted in the parameter outputting processing in which the vibration determination section determines that vibration of the vehicle is not present (Step S16). Therefore, the parameter of high accuracy can be acquired while considering vibration of the vehicle.
