PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black matrix with a second black photosensitive resin coated film formed on a first black photosensitive resin coated film, capable of: preventing, at formation of the first black photosensitive resin coated film, dissolution of the black matrix in a coating liquid for formation of the second black photosensitive resin coated film; preventing a laminate part from becoming a thick film; achieving both solvent resistance and developability; and allowing easy patterning and positioning, the black matrix configured with two layers having different optical concentrations capable of forming a thin line pattern, and enabling both high light-shielding property and low reflectivity.SOLUTION: A black matrix 2 is obtained through coating and laminating: a first black photosensitive resin composition including a black pigment, a binder resin, a polymerizable monomer, a photoinitiator and a solvent; and a second black photosensitive resin composition. A binder resin of the first black photosensitive resin composition is a polyimide resin, and a binder resin of the second black photosensitive resin composition is a cardo resin. |
